Message of April 25 was read, stating the House passed CS FOR                  
SENATE BILL NO. 255(STA) with the following amendment:                         
                                                                               
Page 2, line 24:                                                              
		Delete "shall"                                                               
		Insert  "may"                                                                
and so,                                                                        
                                                                               
	CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 255(STA) am H                                          
"An Act establishing a comprehensive policy                                   
relating to human resource development in the                                  
state."                                                                        
                                                                               
is transmitted for consideration.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment and recommended the body vote no.                                    
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate concur in the House                     
amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 255(STA)?"  The roll
